The BAM Marketing Congress 2019

To create a Meaningful Congress that did not feel conventional but was cosy and inviting, OFCORES recommended complementing the client’s “Era of Humanity” theme by incorporating meaningful concepts in all event aspects. We introduced meaningful networking areas with the use of ambiance lighting, comfy seats and coffee tables. Exhibitor pitching corner headsets allowed close listening and engagement. The main stage was set as a living room to bring the audience into friendly conversations. For meaningful catering we used local partners with ecological practices and provided healthy meals and biodegradable bowls and cutlery. For the award dinner, our new approach used black draping to transform the network area into an evening gala enticing attendees to remain for an elegant walking dinner.

Solutions

OFCORES created a connected and meaningful atmosphere to match the event objective to inspire Meaningful Marketing practices in attendees. We implemented a living room vibe with cosy furniture and lighting throughout the venue and stages. This removed barriers to networking so participants could easily connect anywhere. The catering was sustainable, and the sushi belt streamlined meal service by eliminating food lines and increasing mingling time. Using technological innovations, the meaningful experience began at registration where attendees could check-in via facial recognition to improve the flow. An event app allowed participants to connect pre-, during and post-conference.
