Cepi - Paper & Beyond

After a first and succesful online event in 2020, Cepi decided to collaborate once again with OFCORES for this year's online version of "Paper and Beyond". The 2-days event was broadcasted from a tailor-made studio in Cepi offices, in Brussels. To guarantee the presence of all speakers, several sessions were pre-recorded one month in advance in the exact same setting.
The virtual event platform gave participants, in addition to watching the live sessions, the opportunity to network, visit exhibitors and relive the full virtual experience until 1 month after the actual event.
Solutions
For the second collaboration, the decision was directly made to choose for a virtual event format.
The services included registration and supplier management, manual creation and mailings, event script creation, coordination of technical rehearsals with speakers, and support on-site during rehearsals and live streaming.
Additionally, OFCORES supported Cepi in pre-recording several sessions and in creating a stage design.
