The European Shipping Summit 2023 brought together European shipowners, the maritime sector and its supply chain, European and international policy makers, NGOs, industry stakeholders, seafarers and maritime workers, in a two-day event featuring a high-level dialogue, brainstorming sessions and workshops.
The event was held in Brussels on the 19th and 20th of September 2023, in the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium venue.

Famous for selling its name-brand luggage and travel gear, Samonsite's European Headquarters based in Oudenaarde, Belgium is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. To thanks its employees, Samsonite decided to hold an evening team event on 15th September 2023 in the Salons Mantovani in Oudenaarde. OFCORES was tasked with organising this event and making it unforgettable for all staff.

For the 4th consecutive time, OFCORES supported BlueInvest for its annual BlueInvest Day. The event that took place on 9 March at the KBR in Brussels brought together members of the BlueInvest community, including innovators, entrepreneurs, and investors, for business-to-investor matchmaking, networking, and knowledge exchange. The event featured inspiring keynotes, panel discussions and BlueInvest Awards pitch battles, providing a valuable platform for the blue economy community to connect with potential investors and partners.
BAM MARKETING CONFERENCE 2022 - WINTER EDITION

The 41st edition of the BAM Marketing Congress on December 8 and 9 welcomed no fewer than 63 speakers, spread across four stages, who shared their knowledge, insights and experience with a whopping 1,349 attendees. OFCORES organises this annual 2-day event in collaboration with the Belgian Association of Marketing (BAM). The echoes after this congress were unanimously positive. The marketing public gave us an overall satisfaction score of 8 out of 10!

The EaP CSF held its 14th Annual Assembly in Prague from December 5-7, 2022, bringing together delegates and decision-makers from the Eastern Partnership and the European Union to discuss multilateral cooperation, the role of civil society, and its future resilience. The event included panel debates, workshops, cultural events, and networking opportunities, and participants could attend in person or online. The event was managed on-site by OFCORES.
EIGE - Gender Equality Forum 2022

OFCORES organised the first Gender Equality Forum for EIGE (the European Institute for Gender Equality). The event took place on 24 and 25 October at The Egg in Brussels in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and virtual participation. The Forum, which focused on the challenges of achieving gender equality in Europe, had one well-filled program with over 70 inspiring keynotes, panel debates, and workshops. OFCORES provided a comprehensive package of services including the overall event strategy, project management and innovative technology.
