Project
Legend Conference 2026 was a four-day international conference held in PortAventura, Spain, bringing together participants from multiple countries to connect, learn, and celebrate as a community. The event combined inspiring keynote presentations, educational breakout sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities with a carefully curated programme of memorable experiences designed to strengthen relationships beyond the conference setting.
Alongside the conference sessions, attendees took part in a large-scale team-building activity across the PortAventura attraction park, where teams completed challenges throughout the park. Participants also enjoyed an excursion to the historic city of Tarragona, offering the opportunity to experience the local culture, and a relaxing catamaran cruise along the Mediterranean coast.
Each evening featured a unique themed celebration. Diamond Harbour transformed the harbour into a world where pirates took over and sparkling diamonds set the scene for an unforgettable welcome night. Spanish Night immersed guests in authentic Spanish culture with live flamenco performances, traditional cuisine, and an abundance of jamón. The conference concluded with Una Noche Legendaria, an evening dedicated to celebrating the community with an awards ceremony, live music and an indoor inflatable park that encouraged everyone to end the event on a fun and energetic note.
Solutions
Legend Conference 2026 was our largest and most operationally complex edition to date. Over several days, we successfully managed attendee registrations, international arrivals, hotel accommodations, airport and train transfers, team-building activities, conference sessions, and evening events. While we encountered the expected challenges of a live event, including accommodation issues, transport changes, and numerous last-minute requests. The team responded quickly and effectively, keeping disruption to attendees to a minimum. The event demonstrated the strength of our planning, the dedication of the delivery team, and provided valuable lessons that will help us further improve future editions.
